இந்தியத் திரையுலகில் ஆகஸ்ட் 15 ஒரு மிக முக்கியமான நாளாகும்;
ஏனெனில், அன்றுதான் ‘சூப்பர் ஸ்டார்’ ரஜினிகாந்த் திரைப்பட உலகில் தனது மறக்க முடியாத பயணத்தைத் தொடங்கினார்.

August 15 marks a landmark day in Indian cinema — the day Superstar Rajinikanth made his unforgettable entry into the world of films. On this day in 1975, Apoorva Raagangal released, marking the beginning of a remarkable cinematic journey that would go on to create one of the most celebrated superstar in Indian cinema.
Fifty-one years since his entry into cinema, the milestone was celebrated on the sets of DHARMAN with a special cake-cutting ceremony in the presence of Superstar Rajinikanth, and Director Ashwath Marimuthu joined with the entire cast and crew of DHARMAN in commemorating this iconic milestone. As the journey continues, the sets of DHARMAN witnessed a special moment in celebrating 51 years of Rajinism — a legacy that continues to inspire, entertain and create history.
DHARMAN, starring Superstar Rajinikanth, is produced by Thiru. Kamal Haasan and R. Mahendran under the banners of Raajkamal Films International and Turmeric Media, marking the celebration on the film’s set all the more special.
