சென்னையின் ஒரு அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்பில் நடக்கும் சில அதிர்ச்சிகரமான சம்பவங்களை மையமாக கொண்டு உருவாகியுள்ள புதிய திரில்லர் படம்தான் ஆரி அர்ஜுனன் நடிக்கும் “ஃபோர்த் ஃப்ளோர்”.
MANO CREATION தயாரிப்பில், தயாரிப்பாளர் A. ராஜா வழங்க, இயக்குநர் L R சுந்தரபாண்டி இயக்கத்தில் இந்த படம் உருவாகியுள்ளது.
இந்தப் படத்தில் நாயகனாக ஆரி அர்ஜுனன், நாயகியாக தீப்ஷிகா நடித்துள்ளனர். இவர்களுடன் பவித்ரா, இயக்குநர் சுப்ரமணிய சிவா, தலைவாசல் விஜய், ஆதித்யா கதிர் ஆகியோர் முக்கிய வேடங்களில் நடித்துள்ளனர்.
இசையமைப்பாளர் தரண் குமார் இசை அமைத்துள்ள இந்த படத்திற்கு, ஒளிப்பதிவாளர் J லக்ஷ்மன் ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்துள்ளார். கலை இயக்கத்தை சுரேஷ் கல்லேரி செய்துள்ளார். எடிட்டிங் ராம் சுதர்ஷன், பாடல்களை கு. கார்த்திக் எழுதியுள்ளார். ஸ்டண்ட் காட்சிகளை டேஞ்சர் மணி வடிவமைத்துள்ளார்.
வழக்கமான கதைகளிலிருந்து விலகி, மனநிலையும் மர்மமும் கலந்த சைக்காலஜிக்கல் திரில்லராக இப்படம் வடிவெடுத்துள்ளது. கனவுகளுக்கும் நிஜ வாழ்க்கைக்கும் உள்ள மர்மமான தொடர்பை சுவாரஸ்யமான திருப்பங்களுடன் சொல்லும்விதமாக இந்தப் படத்தின் திரைக்கதை அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

படப்பிடிப்பு சென்னை மற்றும் அதன் சுற்றுவட்டார பகுதிகளில் நடைபெற்று முடிந்துள்ளது.
தற்போது இறுதிக்கட்ட பணிகள் நடைபெற்று வருவதுடன், விரைவில் இசை வெளியீடும் டிரெய்லரும் வெளியாகும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
செவன்த் ஸ்டுடியோ சார்பில் K. கண்ணன் தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதும் தியேட்டர் வெளியீடு செய்யும் இந்த “ஃபோர்த் ஃப்ளோர்” திரைப்படம், வரும் பிப்ரவரி மாத இறுதியில் திரையரங்குகளில் வெளியாக தயாராக உள்ளது.
பரபரப்பு, மர்மம், மனநிலையியல் திரில்லர் – இந்த மூன்றும் கலந்த ஒரு வித்தியாசமான அனுபவமாக படம் ரசிகர்களை சந்திக்க உள்ளது.
A new thriller titled “Fourth Floor”, starring Aari Arjunan, is centered around a series of shocking incidents that take place in an apartment complex in Chennai.
Produced by A. Raja under the banner of MANO CREATION and directed by L. R. Sundarapandi, the film has been made as a psychological thriller that moves away from routine storytelling. The screenplay explores the mysterious connection between dreams and real life, presenting it with unexpected twists and gripping moments.
The story is set in a residential building in the heart of Chennai, where one incident leads to another, keeping the audience constantly guessing about what will happen next.
Aari Arjunan plays the lead role, with Deepika as the female lead. The supporting cast includes Pavithra, director Subramaniam Siva, Thalaivasal Vijay, and Adithya Kathir in important roles.
Music is composed by Thaman Kumar, while cinematography is handled by J. Lakshman. Art direction is by Suresh Gallery, editing by Ram Sudarshan, lyrics by K. Karthik, and stunt choreography by Danger Mani.
The film has been shot in and around Chennai, and post-production work is currently in its final stages. The team is planning to release the music and trailer soon.
Distributed in Tamil Nadu by K. Kannan under the Seventh Studio banner, “Fourth Floor” is scheduled to hit theatres by the end of February. Blending suspense, mystery, and psychological elements, the film promises a unique and engaging cinematic experience for the audience.
