இந்தப் படத்தில் ‘ஆக்ஷன் கிங்’ அர்ஜுன், அபிராமி, பிரீத்தி முகுந்தன், ஜான் கொக்கேன், திலீபன், பவன், அர்ஜுன் சிதம்பரம், விவேக் பிரசன்னா முக்கிய வேடங்களில் நடித்துள்ளனர்.
இப்படத்தின் கிரியேட்டிவ் புரொடியுசராக அர்ச்சனா கல்பாத்தி, அசோசியேட் கிரியேட்டிவ் புரொடியுசராக ஐஸ்வர்யா கல்பாத்தி, நிர்வாக தயாரிப்பாளராக எஸ்.எம். வெங்கட் மாணிக்கம் பங்காற்றியுள்ளனர்.
‘கே ஜி எஃப்’ படத்தில் தனது அதிரடி இசை மூலம் கவனத்தை ஈர்த்த ரவி பஸ்ரூர் இந்த படத்தின் மூலம் தமிழில் இசையமைப்பாளராக அறிமுகமாகிறார். அருண் ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்ய, பிரதீப் E. ராகவ் படத் தொகுப்பை கையாண்டுள்ளார். வீரமணி கணேசன் கலை இயக்கத்திற்கு பொறுப்பேற்க, பீனிக்ஸ் பிரபு சண்டைக் காட்சிகளை இயக்க, தினேஷ் மனோகரன் ஆடைகளை வடிவமைத்துள்ளார்.
இந்தப் படத்தை பிரதீப் ரங்கநாதனின் உதவி இயக்குநர் சுபாஷ் கே.ராஜ் கதை, திரைக்கதை, வசனம் எழுதி இயக்கியுள்ளார்.
‘பிளாஸ்ட்’ திரைப்படத்தின் தலைப்பும் முதல் பார்வை போஸ்டரும் இன்று வெளியாகி ரசிகர்களின் வரவேற்பை பெற்றுள்ளது.

தற்போது இந்த ‘பிளாஸ்ட்’ படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு மற்றும் இதர பணிகள் நிறைவடைந்துள்ள நிலையில், இத்திரைப்படம் விரைவில் உலகெங்கும் உள்ள திரையரங்குகளில் வெளியாகவுள்ளது.

John Kokken, Dileepan, Pawan, Arjun Chidambaram, Vivek Prasanna play key characters in ‘Blast’ which is gearing up for theatrical release soon.
‘Blast’ features music by Ravi Basrur of ‘KGF’ fame, making his Tamil debut.
AGS Entertainment, which is rolling out successful movies including mega budget ventures with leading stars and filmmakers, and movies that create new trends with debutant directors and actors, has been continuously producing mega hits like ‘GOAT’, ‘Love Today’ and ‘Dragon’.
Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh and Kalpathi S. Suresh of AGS Entertainment have now produced ‘Blast’ as their 28th film. The movie, designed as a wholesome family action entertainer, is written and directed by debutant Subash K. Raj, who previously worked as an assistant director to Pradeep Ranganathan. The film features ‘Action King’ Arjun, Abhirami and Preithy Mukundhan in lead roles. The title and first look of the movie which were revealed today instantly received appreciation from various quarters.
Speaking about the film, Director Subash K. Raj said, “This movie is an action entertainer that audiences from all walks of life can enjoy watching together as a family. The central theme of ‘Blast’ revolves around the intriguing events that unfold between a loving family – comprising a mother, father, and daughter – and a ruthless gang bent solely on wreaking havoc. I consider it a tremendous opportunity that AGS has produced my debut film and that I have had the privilege of directing ‘Action King’ Arjun in it.”
Archana Kalpathi is the Creative Producer of ‘Blast’, while Aishwarya Kalpathi is the Associate Creative Producer. S.M. Venkat Manickam is the executive producer. Vivek Prasanna, John Kokken, Arjun Chidambaram, Pawan, Dileepan, Vinod Sagar and Bala Hasan R have played important roles in the film.
Ravi Basrur, who attracted attention with his action-packed music in ‘KGF’, is making his Tamil debut as a music director with this film. Arun Radhakrishnan has handled the cinematography, Pradeep E Ragav has taken care of editing. Veeramani Ganesan helmed art direction, Phoenix Prabhu directed the stunt sequences, and Dinesh Manoharan designed the costumes.
